You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery if you receive damaged products or if the order is incorrect.
Products you received by mistake can be returned. Provided that we receive them in perfect condition and within 5 working days after we have delivered the products to you, we will credit your order. For hygiene reasons, we cannot credit you for any opened product.
Should the packaging be damaged upon delivery, DO NOT RELEASE IT. Please mark it "REJECT AS DAMAGED" and ask that the package be returned directly to us.
All damaged or defective products that are returned are tested by us upon receipt.
If it turns out that any product is not damaged or faulty, it will be returned to you and you will be charged the cost of shipping.
